It is in fact his second visit to Norway since he became Secretary General. He's going up north today, which is where we met on your first visit, and I appreciate that. NATO is of course, key for Norway. There's a major exercise going on, and having the Secretary General there to get the insights and also the message you are sending by going, we appreciate a lot. But let me again say that what Norway is doing - in terms of defence spending, the support for Ukraine, keeping NATO safe on the eastern flank, in the Arctic - you are really punching above your weight.
